My name is Will Diggs, and I help young adults rebuild their self-worth, break attachment cycles, and return to the version of themselves they lost in the process of loving the wrong people.

I created this program because I know what it's like to be where you are—up late-night overthinking, reliving the past trying to figure out where you messed up or could have done better, and the feeling of being torn between what you know and what you feel. You tell yourself that you're done, but somehow end up holding onto hope, trying to fix things, or even letting them back in.

What hurts isn't just the loss of a person— but also the loss of yourself.
